JOB DUTIES
1. Identifies the appropriate application of technology to solve business needs. Develops detailed requirements and specification documents.
2. Participates in the development and review of Requests for Proposal. Develops business and technical criteria to be used in the evaluation of products in the marketplace.
3. Applies technical expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems. Applies an advanced knowledge of system environments, databases and utilities in the development process.
4. Identifies and analyzes system and application problems. Determines solutions and takes appropriate action to resolve the problem and avoid a reoccurrence.
5. Guides, mentors and fosters growth of peers and less knowledgeable individuals.
6. ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS: Typically, the job that could qualify for movement into this position is IT Programmer/Analyst.
7. PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY: Typical progression opportunities beyond this job include the following representative types of positions (not all inclusive) IT Lead Programmer, IT Lead Analyst

Minimum Requirements:
IT related college degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED:
5-7 years experience with Call Center technologies including inbound or outbound, reporting, or scheduling in a large call center environment. Competency in JAVA or C++.
