JOB DUTIES:
1. Leads significant special studies and fulfills the most complex information requests. Determines optimum methodology for retrieving and analyzing current and historical data.
2. Formulates and provides recommendations regarding appropriate performance metrics. Acts in an advisory capacity to management on metrics, measures and dashboards.
3. Develops key operational and strategic materials for senior management in support of major programs and processes.
4. Develops statistical models to analyze operational performance data and support ongoing reporting process.
5. Coaches, mentors and participates in the skills development of less experienced analysts.
6. Assists in the management of department resources and workload distribution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS
5+ years of analyst or equivalent experience.
Must be an expert in a widevariety of data reporting, retrieval, and analysis tools.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience facilitating discussions with and directly supporting senior leadership.
Detail oriented, well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion about KPI"s, metrics, data and the value it can add to the decision making process.
Experience analyzing member behavior and the tying of those activities to business goals and results.
Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable information for decision makers.
