JOB DUTIES Begins consulting with business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring a technology solution. Assists with the development of requirements and specification documents.
Assists in the development of business and technical criteria to be used in the evaluation of products in the marketplace. Assists with the integration of externally acquired software into the processing environment.
Applies a broad understanding of system environments, databases and utilities in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems.
Identifies and analyzes system and application problems. Determines solutions; develops, tests and implements fixes.
Guides and fosters growth of peers and less experienced Associate or Apprentice ITPAs.

Minimum Requirements:
IT related college degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED:
Familiarity with multiple operating systems. Particularly Solaris, Linux and Windows.
Ability to troubleshoot applications running on above environments and find root cause of issues.
Exposure to any Documentum Products
Additional database knowledge
Oracle
Ability to write simple SQL statements.
Ability script PERL or Shell programs to assist in processing and monitoring of environments
