JOB DUTIES
1. Begins consulting with business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring a technology solution. Assists with the development of requirements and specification documents.
2. Assists in the development of business and technical criteria to be used in the evaluation of products in the marketplace. Assists with the integration of externally acquired software into the processing environment.
3. Applies a broad understanding of system environments, databases and utilities in analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems.
4. Identifies and analyzes system and application problems. Determines solutions; develops, tests and implements fixes.

REQUIREMENTS:
IT related college degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years relevant work experience in systems or software development life cycle. Working knowledge with Object-Oriented design and development. Working knowledge with Java, Jsp, and Javascript. Familiarity with SQL or Oracle databases. Experience troubleshooting large applications. Searching for individual who has strong analytical skills and has strong knowledge of operational activities.
