Booting the new system and verifying network connection for Customer s network connected devices.
Logging on to the new system using Customer-provided user ID and password.
Configure IP Address
Mapping up to two (2) network printers to each new system.
Reconnect and setup up to three (3) existing external peripherals to system. When required, Provider will load the drivers supplied by Customer and will print a test page or conduct an agreed upon simple test for functionality.
Connect Customer-provided peripheral cable to the new system.
Install locks (Do not drill holes for locks)
Complete validation function test as agreed to by both parties.
Contacting the Dell help desk if a problem is encountered with any component provided by Dell for the new system.
On site disposal of deployment related trash to in the immediate installation premises properly clean the installation area.
Name System joining to the domain
Placing CPU Monitor components in boxes using packaging materials from the new system or other materials supplied by Customer.
Moving the CPU Monitor to an on-site storage area designated by customer in the deployment building.
Moving all boxes, packaging materials and debris to a disposal area within the building where the deployment services are provided.
Properly cleaning the installation area so it is returned to its original condition.
Coordinating the pickup of legacy systems by Dell s Asset Recovery Services if applicable.
