Our Direct Client, a large insurance firm , in Bloomington IL is looking for a Rational Expert. The candidate needs to have expertise in Rational ClearCase with ability to mentor customer resources in the use of the tool.

Ideal candidate should have experience in range of rational tools like Rational Clearcase, Rational build-forge, and Rational ClearQuest. Involvement in assessment / evaluation of the above Rational life-cycle tools would be a great plus.

Candidate should have worked in a J2ee environment and should be aware of the release processes in a large scale implementations. Experience working with Large source code repositories, large Data imports and exports would be essential.

Candidate must have great communication and leadership skills. Candidate should have managed large team ( 15-20 ) people in a technical lead or managerial capacity.
