Responsibilities:
1. Represents the Investments Department in development initiatives related to the build and redesign of business solutions.
2. Partners with the Investments Department and IT, to define business requirements for development. Reviews and manages detailed designs, ensuring that business requirements are met. Escalates unresolved issues that will negatively impact or prevent delivery of required solutions or related functionality.
3. Working with the Business, participate in the development and execution of the implementation plan for deploying new functionality and solutions and/or product portfolio enhancements. Ensures that all potential impacts and issues are identified and addressed, including required work-arounds and mitigation plans.
4. As subject matter expert, may participate in development of communications and training related to the deployment of new products, product changes, and system functionality changes.
5. Provides on-going support for solution delivery, including researching and analyzing system-related, procedural, compliance or legal problems or issues.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years relevant product experience
5+ years relevant industry experience
Knowledge of/experience with relevant industry technology applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
