8+ years experience in high-speed CMOS digital design
Experience in architecture of dedicated hardware implementations of pipelined digital signal processing such as FFT, FIR, etc.
Strong fundamentals in digital signal processing
Strong hands-on experience in silicon bring-up and debug
Strong technical analysis, interpretation, and decision-making skills
Knowledge/experience in cellular or broadband wireless applications is a plus
