Position Description
Responsible for producing business requirements.
May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert.
- Focal point for all offer load activity (schedules, coordination). - Key internal customer facing role for all testing activity between the Enterprise Customer Business Services (ECBS) group and client applications. - Acts as liaison between ECBS and consumers of enterprise business services , technical organizations such as Systems of Record (SOR) and channel support groups, Enterprise Release Management, Test Environment Support and all other affected areas involved in release testing and end- to-end testing. - Support all ECBS consumers on various application levels (i.e. mainframe, middleware, front-end, business lines across test environments). - First point-of-contact for all consumers and SORs for all active projects across all ECBS releases and off release while consumers and SORS complete their testing. - Act as liaison between the WF delivery channels, product owners, and application areas through prioritizing, planning, conducting, and directing the analysis and resolution of highly complex problems.
*Minimum Qualifications Ability to read WFXML 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1 to identify functional or environmental issues. Modify and execute WFXML 1.0, 2.1 to create data and assist in issue resolution. . Perform initial log analysis submit by environment teams and channels to identify test issues. Review Schema documentation. .Ability to read internal DB2 Tables. Create queries via Access to trouble shoot issues. Ability to use TSO and CICS to perform analysis on Hogan and other interfacing systems. Manually update Hogan UDFL dates for application id^s. (test) Help track down URL issues and SSL certificate issues. Knowledge of application batch processing and online process flows. Ability to create test data directly on Hogan SOR. Coordinate support from PM^s, analyst, development staff, environment teams, backend systems and interfacing channels to perform research as necessary. Customer service oriented, strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, leadership skills, self-directed, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong research and problem solving skills. Preferred Skills PAC2000 and related process knowledge, familiarity with ECBS business services and clients.
