Essential job functions consist of creating, maintaining, and managing enterprise geodatabases and applications. The specialist must have actual paid project experience utilizing the following ESRI products: ArcGIS Server 9.2, ArcSDE with multiple RDBMS (Oracle a must), Arclnfo, ESRI extensions, and ArcObjects. In addition, the specialist must know how to develop applications using ASP.NET and VB.NET. Finally, the specialist must have experience creating and deploying GIS maps, ASP.NET applications, and VB.NET applications via ArcGIS Server 9.2.
