The qualified candidate will be responsible for interfacing with the individual business units and operations groups to validate and refine the existing business processes, system requirements, security controls and capturing the technical implementation details for the IdM System. They will develop and maintain the process workflows, role framework and other key configuration details, while ensuring that the appropriate controls are defined, documented and enforced. The Technical Analyst will work with the Lead Architect and the development team to translate security policies, data mappings, process specifications and other critical business-related information into components usable by the working system. The Technical Analyst will provide ongoing support to the development effort and interface with the application-specific business and technical teams to capture new requirements facilitate discussions and propose solutions for enhancing system functionality, maintaining security and enabling the integration of each targeted application into the Identity Management Infrastructure.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Familiarity with the Sun Identity Manager version 7.x is required as well as a background in analysis and data gathering techniques from both business and technology perspectives. The qualified candidate should be well-versed in process and role engineering disciplines and shall also have a core understanding and recent experience in the following areas: Identity Management solution delivery Data modeling / data transformation / data cleansing techniques LDAP and Directory Services analysis design IT Security / IT Compliance / IT Audit principles SAS70, NERC, CIP, CobiT, ISO-17799 standards Project life-cycle methodologies Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) technologies
