PURPOSE OF JOB:
Guides and facilitates teams in the development and implementation of project deliverables. Independently performs complex work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes, or channels. Executes project delivery activities.

JOB DUTIES:
Manages multiple project deliverable initiatives of significant scope and complexity. Estimates and monitors project scope, schedule, budget and resource objectives. Serves as a point of contact for the business, solution development and testing organizations.
Identifies opportunities and potential solutions. Synthesizes analyses, identifies root causes, and develops and recommends project deliverables.
Analyzes trends, prepares results and presents findings and/or
recommendations to appropriate level of management. Provides insight and guides management on project delivery and planning issues.
Facilitates and participates in the translation of business requirements for system or software development into business capabilities or functions.
Applies advanced knowledge of the business, channels, and their applications and processes to serve as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a unique nature.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
6+ years relevant business planning or project support/management experience.
Working knowledge of data analysis tools.
Working knowledge of industry data sources.
