Job Overview:

Manage implementation of company"s Lean Front End software for company"s clients. Implementation involves the integration of customer product offerings into the company"s customizable configuration and commerce engine. Implementation also includes integration of the company"s technologies with customers existing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer relationships at all levels, including executive and senior management.
- Manage project schedule, resources, communication and budgets.
- Facilitate project definition sessions and document project requirement in a SOW of work to be approved by customer.
- Work with customers to define their product lines for entry into the company"s product specification engine.
- Help build customer solution.
- Manage integration between company"s Lean Front End solution and customers IT systems.

Required Capabilities:
- Strong software technology experience with web-based eBusiness applications
- Proficient in web based programming languages/technology (HTML, Javascript, XML, PERL, PYTHON, XSLT)
- Understanding of ERP/legacy software applications
- Strong communication skills with experience developing and managing customer relationships
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills

Education:
- BS/MS in engineering or computer science preferred
