HRIS ANALYST

A leading national restaurant chain is hiring an HRIS Analyst to work in Carpinteria, Ca.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Research,analyze,design and maintain HRMS in support of ongoing
administration and projects.
*Monitor information needs on a continual basis.
*Design new or modify existing systems to meet changing requirements.
*Function as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming
and related problems.
*Work well independently and as part of a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*2-4 Years HRIS experience.
*BA preferred.
*Knowledge of PeopleSoft application and data elements is essential
*Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query and other reporting applications is also important.
*Familiar with data privacy and other regulatory requirements.
