Significant clients include State of Illinois Board of Elections, Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago Public Schools, City of Chicago, NE Illinois Regional Transportation Authority, and Chicago Housing Authority. Job Description Catalyst seeks a mid-level software application developer with expertise in VB.NET, C#.NET, or ASP.NET, strong database skills, and communication skills. The developer will be assigned to various application development and system integration projects. They may also assist in writing of requirements documents, project plans, and proposals. Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in developing applications using C#.NET including web-based applications using ASP.NET. Minimum 2 years experience in data modeling and database development using SQL Server, Oracle, or both. Prior participation in at least one enterprise-scale application implementation or integration project. Experience developing software requirements and use cases based on analysis of business processes. Solid writing and presentation skills. Proficiency in XML, SOAP, Webservices. Understanding of Consulting Methodologies.
