My client is a 20 year-old Consumer Electronics Distributor who is generating healthy growth. They have recently implemented Oracle 11i (11.5.10) and are moving forward to build a permanent Oracle Team.
Oracle WMS Techno Functional Analyst JOB DESCRIPTION: Must be able to understand not only the technical aspects of Oracle applications, but the functionality as well. Must have the ability to talk with the business users in their terms. Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how one or more business units conduct its business. Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business current technology and infrastructure. Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS: Must have 3+ years experience as an Oracle WMS Business Systems Analyst participating in and supporting large scale full-life cycle implementations. Must have at least 2 full-life cycle implementation including one as a functional or technical lead Must have functional experience with Oracle Applications 11i module configuration and processes for the following Modules: WMS, Mobile Applications, Inventory, Purchasing, and Discrete Manufacturing. Familiarity with OM and/or Supply Chain Planning would be a big plus. Has in depth knowledge of warehouse processes such as picking, packing, returns handling, receiving and cycle counting. Must be knowledgeable in underlying Oracle Apps database architecture with regard to WSH schemas, application program interfaces (APIs), data elements, tables and views as basis for troubleshooting, data conversion, Inventory discrepancies, picking and packing problems, and reporting support. Other helpful experience includes Multi-Org structures; customer, supplier and item masters; flex fields; workflow; familiarity with Oracle Metalink, Oracle Discoverer and Toad.
