Senior J2EE/Java Programmer Analyst ( fulltime role)

My Client, a world-wide and major network marketing firm In the South Bay, Los Angeles County area, is looking for a Sr. J2EE P/A
This position is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that support the business e-commerce needs. The programmer analyst will integrate a Java / J2EE web commerce platform, ATG, with Interwoven and Oracle Applications. He/She will be researching and recommending technology direction to meet anticipated business expectations as well as mentoring and leading junior developers, defining coding standards and best practices and participating in all aspects of the project life-cycle from requirements to delivery.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have 4 year degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or equivalent experience, 8-10 years or more of IT development experience, 5-7 years or more of Java/J2EE experience, 4+ years of experience with a leading IDE, such as JBuilder, JDeveloper, NetBeans or Eclipse. 4 years or more of J2EE architecture. 3 years or more of ATG implementation is a PLUS. 3 years or more of JDBC with major RDBMS backend, Oracle or SQL Server preferred. Experience with J2EE architecture for large-scale real-time transaction processing applications.

Technical:
? 4 year degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
? 8-10 years or more of IT development experience
? 5-7 years or more of Java/J2EE experience
? At least 4 years of experience with a leading IDE, such as JBuilder, JDeveloper, NetBeans or Eclipse
? 4 years or more of J2EE architecture
? 3 years or more of ATG implementation a PLUS
? 3 years or more of JDBC with major RDBMS backend, Oracle or SQL Server preferred
? Experience with J2EE architecture for large-scale real-time transaction processing applications
? Deep expertise in developing EJBs, Servlets, Java Server Pages, Tag Libraries, XML, XSLT, Web Services, DHTML/JavaScript etc?
? Master at understanding and debugging complex application issues a must
? Experience with Oracle applications, database and PL/SQL a strong plus
? Experience with Integration with Interwoven CMS a plus
? Familiarity with ANT, JUnit, JMeter and similar tools
? Thorough understanding and real-world experience with implementing J2EE design patterns
? Experience in tools and techniques for OOA, OOD, UML
? Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL a plus

Functional:
? Ability to provide internal consulting, peer (and sometimes end-user) education, performing research analysis. present to management.
