1. 8+ years of software development experience.
2. 4+ years of java development experience
3. 3+ years of WebMethods with Developer and Integration Server
experience including various adapter setups.

WebMethods Certified.

4. 4+ years of OOA and Design and experienced in GoF and J2ee
design patterns
5. 4+ years SQL/JDBC experience
6. 4+ years UML experience
7. 4+ years of jsp experience
8. 4+ years of xml experience


Preferred skills
1. J2EE/Server side programming experience
2. XP and Agile Java development experience
3. Production Support experience
4. Good analytical and reverse engineering experience
5. Good communication skills
6. Prior work experience in the financial industry
7. Prior work experience in a product based software development
environment.
