Skills
- Strong Training Background
- ITIL Certified(specifically in the Problem and Incident Management Process)
- Strong Ca-Unicenter /Service Desk knowledge specifically the ITIL module


Tasks
- Drive the development/architecture of I.T. Training on the ITIL Problem and Incident Management processes
- Manage / Maintain all master materials
- Train I.T. staff members We estimate 150-300 folks in 8-10 hours of training. This would be over a period of 2-3 weeks. Training should apply to staff certification efforts for select staff members
- Support post implementation training requests (ie. Lunch and Learns)
- Coordinate the development of online training materials for new hires, international locations, etc
